“I was at home and depressed,” Ruth shares, reflecting on the challenges she faced during that period. The situation was even more difficult because Ruth had no job and felt unsure of what to do next. Tech, a field she was interested in, seemed like a distant dream.

“When I started out, I was uncertain and unsure if I truly belonged in the tech world,” she admits. But even in the midst of these feelings, Ruth didn’t give up. She knew she needed to make a change. That’s when she discovered Heels and Tech, and things began to take a positive turn.
