Goldman Sachs Ayco (Ayco) partners with Fortune 1000 companies to design and implement tailored financial planning programs for their workforce—leveraging the 50-year heritage of Ayco and the comprehensive resources of Goldman Sachs to meet the evolving needs of their employees. Client Engagement Team and Marketing


The Client Engagement Team is responsible for building our brand, attracting new clients and developing deeper relationships with existing clients by creating value from our client network and the broader Goldman Sachs network. We are seeking a professional to play a key role in the execution of our global client engagement strategy across the Americas.


Led by the firm’s first Chief Marketing Officer, the marketing function at Goldman Sachs is backed by momentum and a broad imperative to unify the discipline, helping to codify a business-critical function seen as core to the firm’s future growth. As such, GS is focused on building out a data-and-technology enabled team of growth marketers, delivering value for the brand and the business. The organization will consist of COE teams including Brand Marketing, Marketing Strategy & Transformation, Content, and Media, as well marketing teams for each of our revenue divisions. Together, this function will collaborate to build a unified, scalable, and consistent approach to marketing the brand and its offerings. Our mission is to be a demonstrable force multiplier for the businesses we serve.


HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL 

  • Email Campaign Management
    1. Assist in the planning, execution and analysis of email marketing campaigns
    2. Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging emails rooted in best practices
    3. Manage email lists and segment audiences for targeted campaigns
    4. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click through rates and conversions
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    1. Analyze email campaign and corporate program data to identify trends by audience, insights and opportunities for optimization 
    2. Lead internal reporting for QBRs, management committee and CMO 
  • Account Based Marketing
    1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with workplace advisory team and provide regular updates on marketing tools and resources available 
    2. Act as Project Manager for corporate requests, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
    3. Lead development and execution of Financial Wellness corporate toolkit, including day to day resources, bi-annual calendar and group education 
  • Data accuracy and integrity: consistently ensuring that data collection, processing and reporting are accurate, timely and reliable 
  • Insightful reporting: Produces reports that provide actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision making 
  • Process improvement: continuously seek to enhance efficiency and output quality
  • Cross functional collaboration: Works effectively with other stakeholders to ensure requests are met on time and delivered in full 


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Experience in email marketing and data analytics (familiarity with Braze and Pardot a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment 
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent follow-through 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with a curious mindset

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States based position is $55,000 – $75,000.  In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
