Heels and Tech Course Policies

Having a functional laptop is very important. Each class should be attended using your laptop.
Availability to attend all classes and group meetings is as important as the Tuition.
If there will be any impediment to class attendance and participation, kindly reach out to the Course Manager.
Active Participation such as Turning on of Video, Asking and Answering of Questions is very crucial to class attendance.
Accountability is also important. Kindly reach out to the Course Manager to inform him/her about planned vacation, event, sick leave that will make you absent from class.
The Course Manager will check up frequently, when he/she does kindly respond adequately.
Unruly attitude to facilitator or colleague is also frowned at by the management. It can lead to removal from the training.
Consistently missing classes leads to removal from the training automatically by the system.
Students are given one chance to retake the class in situations when they reach out early to the Course Manager.
If a student misses the first chance, he/she will be charged 50% of the tuition to retake the class.
Installment payment is allowed but balance has to be made by 3rd week of the class except permission is being taken.
Refund only happens 3rd week of class. After 3rd week, Refund is no longer possible.
- For Data Analytics, Refund happens only in the 1st week.
- Cybersecurity refund happens 2nd week. After second week no more refund!
