Dear Student, you are warmly welcome to class and we are happy to have you.

Kindly go through this policy to ensure smooth running of the class.

1. Having a functional laptop is very important. Each class should be attended using your laptop.

2. Availability to attend all classes and group meetings(as applicable ) is as important as the Tuition.

3. If there will be any impediment to class attendance and full participation, kindly reach out to the Course Manager.

4. Active Participation such as Turning on of Video, Asking and Answering of Questions is very crucial to class attendance.

5. Accountability is also important. Kindly reach out to the Course Manager to inform him/her about planned vacation, event, sick leave that will make you absent from class.

6. The Course Manager will check up frequently, when he/she does kindly respond adequately.

7. Unruly attitude to facilitator or colleague is also frowned at by the management. This leads to removal from the training.

8. Consistently missing classes leads to removal from the training automatically by the system.

9. Inability to complete a class equates making full payment to retake the class.

10. Installment payment is allowed but balance has to be made by 3rd week of the class except permission is taken.

If No communication is made about payment of balance as at when due after a reminder, the Course Manager exits such student from class.

11. Refund only happens before the 1st week of class comes to an end.

12. Certificate is only issued to students with 80% attendance and 80% participation.
