ARE is looking for a talented and experienced Programme Manager for our new strand of work with Youth Futures Foundation, called Evidence Into Action.
ARE successfully applied to Youth Futures Foundation to become their Strategic Partner working across two programmes: Connected Futures and Evidence into Action.
We will support the ambition of the Youth Futures Foundation to strengthen the capacity of voluntary sector organisations across England to effectively support young people from minoritised ethnic communities, and improve their employment outcomes.
About the role:
The Evidence into Action Programme Manager will manage the organisation development and leadership support elements of the programme; work closely with the ARE’s policy and comms teams; manage the team of consultants and all other key stakeholders to ensure this programme is delivered successfully.
This is an important role in our commitment to tackle ethnic minority youth unemployment. We are looking for a competent and confident lead to manage the Strategic Partnership.”
A key component of this work will be supporting organisations across England and therefore the post-holder will spend considerable time working in a range of locations including London, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Yorkshire and the West Midlands.
