About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Partner Programs, as CrowdStrike’s Program Manager, Partner GTMs, you’ll be part of a strategic team focused on building a program that ensures the mutual success of CrowdStrike and our diverse ecosystem of Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a suite of GTM programs, including programs for our resale, managed service, tech ecosystem and cloud partners, ensuring robust qualification and onboarding, support and enablement, and continued growth and success. You’ll also be responsible for optimizing each program, including periodic program and policy reviews, value exchange analysis, KPI reporting, and facilitating a continuous feedback loop with internal and partner stakeholders, ultimately driving positive partner experiences, and program scalability and success.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop Partner Programs to support CrowdStrike’s key partner GTMs including partner qualification and requirements, tiering requirements, onboarding, enablement, incentives, marketing, policies, legal, finance and governance.
- Develop a value exchange methodology that balances requirements against benefits, aligned to a 3-tiered program membership.
- Define policies, processes and rules of engagement that drive consistency in the way we engage with our partners.
- Execute bi-annual policy reviews, including publishing and communicating program updates.
- Define key success S.M.A.R.T. KPIs and deliver quarterly reporting against KPIs (Programs QBR).
- Stakeholder communication within CrowdStrike and with our Partners.
- Continuously advocate for Partners to ensure ongoing alignment with broader CrowdStrike initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with CrowdStrike and Partner stakeholders.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of partner/channel program management/BDM experience in a global technology organization, Tech ecosystem experience preferred.
- Experience in the Partner/B2B ecosystem including Resale, Global System Integrators (GSI), Telecommunications (Telco), Distribution, Technical Ecosystems, and Managed Service Providers (MSP/MSSP)
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver to strict deadlines despite multiple ongoing projects and commitments.
- Strong engagement and conflict resolution skills, building trusting relationships across levels and functions both internally and externally.
- Growth mindset, sense of curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
- Excellent general communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to distill large amounts of information that enable quick decision-making.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or related experience; preference for business and/or marketing.
- Proven ability to work effectively with global teams with different time zones and cultural considerations.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 10%

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 – $135,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
