The Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries Internship is a 10-week program designed to help participants develop essential banking skills and gain hands-on experience working with mid-sized companies, municipalities, and not-for-profit organizations across various industries such as Technology, Healthcare, Life Science, and Higher Education.
Program Overview
As part of this internship, you will:
- Work with bankers and product partners to offer financial solutions and strategic advice.
- Gain technical expertise and hands-on experience in core banking operations.
- Develop skills necessary to become a future banker or credit professional.
- Work directly with a client segment to refine your career focus.
On-the-Job Experience
During the program, you will contribute to real deals and projects, including:
- Conducting market research and analyzing prospective clients.
- Developing cash flow models and financial analyses.
- Assisting in the creation of pitch books and client presentations.
Training & Development
Interns receive structured training throughout the summer, covering:
- Banking and lending fundamentals.
