Job Description SummaryOur dynamic team is seeking a passionate Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in Salesforce and Force.com custom solutions design, configuration, implementation, administration and end user support. The position is a part of our highly-skilled Salesforce Solutions Team and will engage directly with internal stakeholders to ensure their success using the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of agile SDLCs, systems engineering, and business process re-engineering. This motivated individual will be responsible for the complete life cycle of key deliverables for the company’s Salesforce initiatives. Most importantly, the right candidate is a team player who seeks to provide transformative business solutions with excellent customer service.
Our environment includes major custom solutions with Force.com (800+ custom objects) and interfaces to other systems like Peoplesoft/Workday and custom applications developed in .Net, SQL Server and business intelligence/analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.). Our implementation supports 700 internal and thousands of external community users.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team to develop and administer custom Salesforce solutions, including ongoing support, small enhancements, and major development initiatives
- Engage with business users and technical staff to design, configure, implement and support solutions on the Salesforce platform using administration best practices
- Be a trusted friend, philosopher, and guide to end users looking to advance their work using technology, driving system adoption and ROI
- Work with users to help resolve system issues, build reports, and redesign business processes
- Assist DevOps team or business users with bulk data jobs using tools such as Data Loader, DemandTools, or Enabler4Excel
- Deploy releases between sandboxes and production environments
- Maintain documentation of configurations and releases in our knowledgebase wikis
- Support other Salesforce team initiatives, such as Training and Documentation, Staff Trainings and System Usability Audit
- Occasional off-hour work may be necessary for software releases
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
- Team player with positive “can-do” attitude
- Desire to work in a mission-oriented company
- 2 years’ experience preferred in Salesforce administration experience, including hands-on application development with the Lightning Experience
- Mastery of the declarative capabilities of Salesforce, including security controls (profiles, permission sets, public groups, queues, sharing settings, field level security, etc.) and process automation tools (workflows, process builder, flows)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce programming environments (Apex, Visualforce, etc.), especially as it relates to the understanding of declarative vs. coding best practices
- Experience with Salesforce development in a multi-tiered release environment, including hands-on configuration and release management experience
- Strong reporting background using standard Salesforce reporting functionality and custom report types
Preferable experience, but not required:
- Experience with the Atlassian project management suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Experience with 3rd party apps (such as DemandTools, Conga Composer, Conga Conductor, DocuSign, XL Connector, and FormAssembly)
- Formal certifications like Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or App Builder
- Experience working with offshore teams

The base salary for this role is $83,000 to $93,000, depending on level of skills and experience.
The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
