Responsibilities

Lead the creative direction of projects and uphold the visual and experiential quality of design deliverables.

Translate business goals into elegant, user-centered design solutions.

Guide and inspire cross-functional teams including designers, writers, and strategists.

Define design standards, brand consistency, and documentation across platforms.

Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.

Collaborate with stakeholders, presenting concepts clearly and confidently.

Design wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.

Ensure a cohesive user experience across all touchpoints.

Stay ahead of design trends and recommend new tools and frameworks.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent practical experience.

A solid portfolio demonstrating user-centric digital product design.

5+ years experience, preferably leading complex digital design projects.

Mastery of tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to synthesize abstract ideas into impactful design.

Experience working in distributed teams and managing creative processes remotely.
