About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst with strong technical expertise to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of frontend, backend, and database systems to analyze, optimize, and implement business solutions. The ideal candidate must have experience working with Oracle databases and be willing to relocate or be based in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
Business & System Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Identify gaps in existing systems and propose scalable technical solutions.
Support system implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
Technical Expertise & Development Support
Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility of solutions.
Understand and troubleshoot frontend, backend, and database components.
Optimize system performance and data flow between applications.
Database & Data Management
Perform data analysis, querying, and reporting using Oracle databases.
Ensure data integrity and security across systems.
Support database migrations and enhancements.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionality.
Assist in debugging and resolving technical issues.
Ensure system changes meet business requirements and technical standards.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams.
Translate complex technical information into clear business terms.
Provide training and support to end-users when required.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of system architecture (frontend, backend, database).
Expertise in Oracle databases (SQL queries, data modeling, performance tuning).
Experience with API integrations, system workflows, and automation.
Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python, or similar) is a plus.
✅ Business & Analytical Skills:
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with business process modeling & requirement documentation.
✅ Other Requirements:
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ontario.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in Agile and SDLC environments.
