About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager/Customer Success Manager to lead our online presence and ensure customer satisfaction. You will manage social media campaigns, drive community engagement, and provide exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate is a content-savvy strategist with a passion for connecting with audiences and fostering customer success.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, stories).
  • Monitor social media metrics and adjust campaigns to optimize performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams.

Customer Success Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via social media and other channels.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring successful platform usage.
  • Onboard new customers with product demos and training sessions.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in social media management, customer success, or related fields.
  • Social Media Skills: Proficiency with platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Content Creation: Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and content scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Analytics: Ability to analyze social media metrics and customer feedback to drive improvements.
  • Project Management: Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Knowledge of customer success frameworks
  • Content marketing or PR experience
