About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams.

- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring successful platform usage.
- Onboard new customers with product demos and training sessions.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in social media management, customer success, or related fields.
- Social Media Skills: Proficiency with platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Content Creation: Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and content scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Analytics: Ability to analyze social media metrics and customer feedback to drive improvements.
- Project Management: Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills:
