Oluwafikayo is a certified Project Management Professional with over 15 years of experience delivering strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence across sectors including banking, construction, technology, and nonprofits.
She currently serves as Vice President of Administration for the Project Management Institute (PMI) Nigeria chapter and sits on its Board of Directors. She is also the Executive Director and Co-founder of Nova Diamond Foundation, a nonprofit improving access to quality healthcare for vulnerable communities across Nigeria.
Oluwafikayo holds a degree in Building Technology and a postgraduate qualification in Strategic Management and Leadership. She is also trained in Business Analysis, with a strong track record of identifying process gaps and delivering measurable results across complex environments.
