Role Overview
The company is an institutional governance and reporting infrastructure platform for real-world assets. We build systems used by trustees, fund managers, and regulated institutions where clarity, traceability, and correctness matter more than visual novelty.
We are seeking a UI/UX Specialist to design clear, disciplined, and defensible user experiences across complex, role-based workflows. This is not a consumer branding role. It is an enterprise systems design role focused on usability under regulatory and operational constraints.
The UI/UX Specialist will work closely with Product and Engineering to translate governance logic into interfaces that are intuitive, auditable, and institution-ready.

- Partner with Engineering to iterate designs based on technical realities.
- Support demos and institutional walkthroughs when required.
- Incorporate feedback methodically without introducing inconsistency or UI drift.
