Arul Health is transforming healthcare delivery through intelligent, patient-centered technology. We partner clinical expertise with advanced data systems and AI to reduce friction, improve outcomes, and empower care teams.
As healthcare grows increasingly complex, we believe thoughtfully applied AI and automation can make care more accessible, efficient, and human-centered.
We are seeking a Sr. Healthcare AI Solutions Analyst to lead the optimization of our patient platform and drive the integration of AI across clinical and operational workflows.
You’ll operate at the intersection of healthcare, data, and AI — working closely with clinicians, operational leaders, and engineers to design scalable solutions that improve care delivery. From configuring systems to deploying LLM-powered workflows, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how technology supports patients and providers.
What You Need
– Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field
– 4+ years of experience in health informatics, clinical systems, or healthcare technology
– Hands-on experience with system configuration, workflow development, and template design
– Experience implementing AI/LLM solutions (OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI, etc.), including prompt design and API integration
– Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and data querying (SQL)
– Deep understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
- Own system optimization end-to-end — including configuration, module management, and workflow automation
- Partner with clinicians and operational teams to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
- Build and refine intelligent automation for clinical operations, patient support, and internal tools
- Monitor AI outputs for accuracy, bias, and reliability, iterating to improve performance
- Ensure interoperability across systems using standards like HL7 FHIR, CCD/CDA, and clinical coding frameworks
- Support integrations with external systems (HIEs, payers, partners)
- Lead system upgrades, testing, and ongoing performance improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in system design and AI adoption
- Drive projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Systems thinker: You understand how clinical workflows, data systems, and users interact — and can design solutions that bring them together
- Builder: You’re hands-on with configuration, workflows, and technical implementation
- AI-forward: You’ve worked with LLMs and understand how to apply them pragmatically in real-world environments
- Clinically aware: You understand healthcare operations and the importance of accuracy, compliance, and patient safety
- Collaborative: You communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams
- Ownership-driven: You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
- Master’s degree (MHA, MSHI, Data Science, or related)
- Experience with predictive analytics or clinical decision support
- Exposure to healthcare compliance and regulatory environments
