Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience in working with data sets using SQL or another programming/scripting language.
- Experience presenting to executive audiences
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level : detail-oriented and ability to multitask in a fluid environment.
- Experience in financial modeling and business case development.
- Knowledge of supply chain (semiconductor or hardware).
- Understanding of technical server components/assembly.
- Ability to communicate analysis, logic, and solutions in a concise manner.
- Excellent business partnering, influencing and presentation skills.

As a Senior Finance Analyst and business partner to several of Technical Infrastructure (TI’s) senior leadership team, you will manage elements of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A’s) support of this business area. You will be required to have experience in financial leadership spanning planning, process and risk management, control, opportunity identification and analytics. You will operate as a leader and influence businesses.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Support the integrated planning and strategic sourcing teams in technical infrastructure in the annual planning process through subject-matter-expertise(SME) and targeted decision support.
- Create key performance metrics(KPI) and targets to measure financial and operational performances for both internal and external reporting, build analytical tools to streamline and automate.
- Lead financial processes such as Rack and Tray Forecast, support Global Server Operations(GSO) teams.
- Lead process improvement and data automation efforts, working with cross-functional teams.
- Construct executive level presentations and present analytical findings in decision-impacting manner.
