About the Role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic global team across the US, UK, and EMEA. While this is primarily a remote role, occasional travel to these locations, including Kentucky and Nebraska, for training and project support may be required. In this position, you will lead a team of 5 professionals—including Solution Architects, Developers, and Admins—where you’ll oversee both people and project management to ensure successful outcomes.
You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering key system requirements, and optimizing the company’s Salesforce platform to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Lead and manage a team of Solution Architects, Developers, and Admins, overseeing both technical deliverables and project execution.
- Analyze current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business operations and Salesforce functionality.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Travel occasionally to US, UK, EMEA, and Kentucky/Nebraska for training and triage support.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
- Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering on complex, multi-faceted projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required.
