We are seeking a Mid-Level QA Engineer who cares deeply about delivering reliable, polished products to users. This person will be responsible for making sure our platforms, TechCabal, Zikoko, and TC Insights, work smoothly across devices, browsers, and releases.
As a QA Engineer on a lean engineering team, you will help introduce structure to our testing process by creating test plans, documenting bugs clearly, and maintaining regression checks to prevent old issues from returning. You will work closely with engineers and product teams to reproduce problems, verify fixes, and make sure releases meet a defined standard before going live. Attention to detail and strong communication will be critical in this role.
We’re looking for someone with solid manual testing experience who understands how web applications work and how QA fits into an Agile development workflow. Ultimately, you will help the team ship updates with confidence and ensure users have a stable, high-quality experience across all our products.
