NeXt Up is a year long program where hungry, curious creative professionals apprentice across disciplines within Creative X, Meta’s internal creative agency.
Roles
Some baseline requirements:
- No prior marketing experience or higher education is required, though we are looking for candidates who have less than three years of experience in their respective fields
- Must be available for the full 12-month duration of the program and able to work a minimum of 40 hours a week, and at least three days a week in person at our New York City office
Must be 21 years of age or older and a US citizen, permanent resident, or have visa rights
The ideal individual for this role is someone with a passion for building partnerships and who has a talent as a strategic and creative problem solver. You will be working closely with internal and cross functional teams to manage the workflows associated with creative output. Your role will include supporting stand up and prioritization of work, creating focus/clarity for the creative team around the assignment, its corresponding business goals, and managing these complex workstreams.Â
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing creative projects to ensure successful delivery of various launches.
- Coordinate resources across multiple projects, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
- Foster trusted partnerships with creative, production, and design teams.
- Partner closely with Marketing Inclusion to provide ongoing support and coordination of creative reviews.
