Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Product Manager & Technical Lead to spearhead the development and delivery of our SaaS platform for managing interior and fitout projects. This role combines technical leadership, product ownership, and business strategy to ensure the platform meets user needs, aligns with business goals, and is delivered with technical excellence. The successful candidate will manage the development team, define the product roadmap, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including business owners and clients.

What You’ll Do:
Product Ownership:
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, features, and user stories based on market research, user feedback, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., designers, contractors, clients) to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications.
- Own the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with the company’s vision.
- Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces tailored to the interior and fitout industry.
- Drive product launches, including go-to-market strategies and user adoption plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and business stakeholders, including company owners, designers, and clients.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Align product development with business objectives, including revenue growth, user acquisition, and market expansion.
Technical Leadership:
- Architect, design, and oversee the development of a scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS platform.
- Lead the development team (engineers, designers, QA) in agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality code.
- Make strategic technical decisions, including technology stack, cloud infrastructure, and integrations (e.g., with CAD tools, ERP systems, or project management software).
- Ensure the platform adheres to industry standards for security, data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor team members to foster technical excellence.
We’re Looking For:
Must Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years in product management
- 7+ years of experience in software development with Strong hands-on background as a full-stack developer
- Proven track record of delivering complex platform-based products
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (product, tech, UX)
- High ownership, clear communication, and sprint discipline
- Analytical, organized, and comfortable with startup pace
- Strong technical expertise in modern tech stacks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, AWS/Azure, REST APIs, microservices)
Better to Have
- Experience in proptech, SaaS, or construction tech
- Exposure to AI, automation
- Worked closely with founders or in high-growth startups
- Familiarity with UX research and system prototyping
