- Currently pursuing an MBA with a graduation year of 2026
- 2+ years of working experience prior to returning to graduate school in Product Management, Electrical Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or a related industry
- Previous experience in hardware product development
- Analyze support cases, market data, customer feedback, and inputs from other product team members to deliver a multi-quarter roadmap for fleet safety capabilities
- Partner closely with firmware and hardware engineering teams to define and deliver reliable Safety solutions and accessories
- Draw out deep customer insights to fuel product vision and direction
- Defining product strategy, translating it into a roadmap, and executing against it, by working closely with designers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers in a collaborative environment
