Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Virtual Assistant to support the CEO and executive team of Tribaja. This role will start at 15 hours per week and will include managing emails, scheduling, partner and team management, creating SOPs, and drafting proposals. As the right hand to the CEO, you’ll play an integral part in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive emails, calendar, and scheduling.
- Support in partner relations and managing communication.
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Draft proposals and help with light project management.
- Assist in the coordination of Tribaja’s initiatives and programs.
Requirements:
- 3 years or more in an operational role
- Ability to deal with changing prioritiesÂ
- Not afraid to ask questions and be persistentÂ
- Startup Experience Preferred
Contract is 3 months and will be extended for the right person.
Contract rate: $1500 – $2000 month
