About the Role
Procentric IQ is seeking a Junior Product Designer with a creative mind, user-first approach, and a passion for digital experiences. You will work closely with senior designers, engineers, and product managers to design intuitive and visually engaging products from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams to gather design requirements and user feedback.

Conduct user research and usability tests to inform design direction.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual assets.

Analyze user needs and industry trends to propose product improvements.

Revise designs based on feedback and evolving product goals.

Present design ideas to internal teams and stakeholders.

Assist in maintaining design consistency and documentation across projects.
Requirements

Degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience.

Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.

Knowledge of design principles, UX research, and responsive design.

Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop).

Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and eagerness to learn and grow.

Creative thinker with an eye for elegant, user-friendly solutions.

Familiarity with agile environments and remote work is a plus.
