About the position


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to act as a key liaison for our Trust & Safety clients, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of services and intelligence insights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client relationships and excel in confidently delivering polished presentations to some of the industry’s leading Trust & Safety teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate seamless communication between ActiveFence’s Trust and Safety clients and internal intelligence teams to proactively align client expectations with project goals and ensure the delivery of tailored insights and solutions.
  • In collaboration with ActiveFence’s internal delivery teams, lead the preparation and finalization of client deliverables, including detailed intelligence reports and assessments on emerging threats and abuse risks.
  • Conduct and lead client meetings, delivering updates, insights, and strategic recommendations. 
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth coordination for client projects.
  • Manage client expectations by prioritizing their requests and setting realistic timelines in coordination with the internal delivery teams.


Requirements

  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Project management experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of OSINT or dark web intelligence is an advantage.
  • Proven success in managing client accounts and delivering professional presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Exceptional team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach.
  • Flexibility to participate in meetings aligned with USA working hours.
