Overview

We are looking for a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team and help create dynamic, engaging training materials for global sales teams. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Sales Enablement and various stakeholders to produce high-quality content that drives learning and performance improvement.

Contract Duration: Sept 2024 – Feb 2025

Hourly Rate: $65-70/hour

Fully Remote – Must reside in the US and be eligible to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training materials, including videos, eLearning courses, presentations, job aids, and more.
  • Create content for sales enablement events, ensuring alignment with branding and messaging.
  • Conceptualize and produce videos and learning assets to simplify complex concepts.
  • Develop content that supports sales teams along their journey, from onboarding to continuous learning.
  • Apply adult learning principles to design experiences that accelerate desired behavior changes.
  • Review and edit content for accuracy, relevance, and consistency with brand standards.
  • Integrate technology into learning experiences using tools like Rise and NovoEd.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Publish and manage on-demand content and learning paths

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience creating training content for global sales or Go-To-Market (GTM) programs, ideally in SaaS or tech industries.
  • Strong writing and visual design skills to craft engaging learning experiences.
  • Proficient in video creation using Camtasia or Adobe Premiere/After Effects.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools like Articulate Rise 360, Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and NovoEd.
  • Familiarity with LMS/CMS platforms like MindTickle and Highspot.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Experience with Agile content development is a plus.
  • Prior experience delivering training or coaching is preferred.
