About the Role & Team
This is an exciting opportunity for a Content Marketing Coordinator to join the team supporting the development and roll-out of EMEA regional content marketing campaigns for Disney+. The focus, and measurement of success, is to drive content awareness, customer engagements and increase platform attribution and acquisition of Disney+ as measured primarily via first streams.
In this role, you will be part of a team tasked to build fame for General Entertainment content including franchises The Bear, Only Murders in the Building and The Kardashians, as well as new season launches for wider original shows from FX, Hulu, ABC and Disney Branded Television! If required, you will also need to support EMEA Originals such as Rivals and A Thousand Blows.
The marketing Coordinator will report directly to the EMEA Content Marketing Manager and be expected to be a key point of contact for counterparts across the London office, local market colleagues and agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
This is a full-time permanent position based in our office in Hammersmith for 4 days per week and 1-day WFH.
What You Will Do
- Support the Content Marketing Manager with the content planning milestones for campaigns up to and including the creative wall walk and post campaign analysis.
- Manage development and delivery of clear creative briefs.
- Work closely with the internal creative team and agencies on the creative development, production and execution of content campaigns.
- Work closely with Publicis Imagine on developing and delivering regional media guidelines for each new launch and ensure implementation by each market.
- Support with coordinating cross function, cross market plan and ensuring they are delivered on time and are aligned.
Asset Management
- Support creative approval reviews for General Entertainment and Originals content asset development.
- Close liaison with D+ marketing operations to assist with sourcing and circulating creative assets regionally, as required.
- Work closely with our research team and manage campaign asset testing process with Kantar.
Team Support
- Creation of EMEA templates for market feedback and collate regional content marketing summary on a monthly and weekly basis for regional and US reporting.
- Scheduling meetings, circulate agendas and meeting note-taking.
- Detailed campaign budget management, tracking purchase order and managing vendors, including keeping the EMEA campaign planning trackers up to date.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience within the entertainment industry.
- Experience within marketing or communications function.
- Excellent partner management skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent time-management and interpersonal skills with an ability to prioritise and manage projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative teammate, with ability to also work autonomously
- Understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
