Role Summary:
Tribaja is seeking an experienced Community Program Manager to oversee our community initiatives, including planning and executing events, managing community engagement, and collaborating with various program partners. You will act as a liaison between Tribaja and our communities, ensuring inclusive and impactful programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage community programs such as Digital Disruptors and Tribaja in Business Bootcamp.
- Act as the main point of contact for community stakeholders and partners.
- Oversee engagement strategies to ensure community members are actively involved.
- Collaborate with the community partners to ensure program success.
Qualifications:
- Must be self motivatedÂ
- Prefer someone with experience in project management or similar program/community roles.
- Prefer Philadelphia based but open to remote for the right person.
- Must have flexibility to attend in-person events where needed.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Looking for someone who is great at building relationships.
Contract is 3 months with ability to extend for the right person.
Contract rate: $1500 a month for 15 hours a week
