What You’ll Do
- Operational Support — Handle day-to-day administrative, operational, and reporting tasks to keep the team running efficiently.
- Analyze & Optimize — Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve workflow and productivity.
- Drive Insights — Collect, clean, and analyze data to uncover trends and insights that support decision-making and strategy.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain operational workflows, schedules, and documentation
- Track key metrics, prepare reports, and support data-driven decision-making
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with team members across functions to ensure smooth operations
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in an operational, analytical, or project management role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Trello)
- Bonus: Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Metabase)

- Improvement in operational efficiency (e.g., reduced turnaround time)
- Accuracy and timeliness of reporting
- Positive feedback from cross-functional team members
- Successful execution of assigned projects
