About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive recent graduate to join our team as an Associate Scrum. In this role, you will support a UX Design team within a leading pharmaceutical company, helping to manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure successful execution of digital projects.
This is a great opportunity to build foundational project management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that blends healthcare innovation with user-centered design.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track multiple UX Design projects using JIRA and other project management tools
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Monitor progress against milestones and proactively identify risks or delays
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams including design, development, and business stakeholders
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action items
- Support resource planning and task assignments to ensure efficient team workflows
- Help ensure projects stay on track, on time, and within scope
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana (academic or internship experience is a plus)
- Interest in UX Design and digital product development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn
