The Role
We need a proactive Product Manager to bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. You will act as the “glue” for our tech team—managing roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint cycles to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Product Strategy: Own the roadmap, prioritize features, and translate business needs into clear user stories.
* Team Leadership: Manage daily engineering workflows, lead Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups), and remove blockers.
* Execution: Groom backlogs, define success metrics, and ensure high-quality, on-time releases.
* Communication: Act as the primary liaison between leadership and the engineering team.

Requirements
* 5+ years in Product Management, specifically working with tech teams.
* Expertise in Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycles.
* Strong ability to decompose complex problems into actionable tasks.
* Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills.
