Learning Business Analysis with Heels&Tech has been a very impactful and exciting experience. Working on a real life project with the use of BA tools like Slack for sprint meetings and review, Miro for team collaboration & brainstorming, Jira Confluence for documentation and do many one... As a Business Analyst the need to always elicit requirements from stakeholders (direct & indirect stakeholders) is very important...
A big thanks to Heels and Tech and our Coach And a very big thanks to Seraph Builders for the scholarship opportunity.

The teaching experience was so good, our facilitator was so good and calm, his teaching was so great, he made sure he carried everyone along, I love how he taught with examples, it was more like an interactive class, I really felt welcomed.
I learnt alot , coming from a background different from BA , our facilitator Mr Babajide broke down the BA course in a way that a layman can understand , Mr Olu D also gave his own fair share of scrutiny but at the end of the day , the whole class was worth the amount paid.
I thoroughly enjoyed the class. Mr. Babajide proved to be an exceptional lecturer, fostering a highly interactive environment. He skillfully incorporated real-life scenarios to enhance our understanding of the subject matter. Moreover, the exposure to various software was invaluable, allowing me to apply the concepts learned in class effectively. I'm grateful for the guidance provided by the other coaches, Oluyemi and OluD, particularly during the project presentations.
The teaching experience was really awesome. Coming from the health sector , I struggled a bit when I was looking for a skill to acquire but right now,I do not regret my decision. I struggled initially with working in small teams however this progressively improved with time . I want to say a very big thank you to Mr Babajide for his sacrifice. He really took his time to make sure we were all carried along ,even when I have personal questions ,he takes his time to answer. Now I can confidently go ahead and plan my career very well.
Good! It was a great experience, and I was able to understand the basics and importance of a BA in an organization. Thanks to babajide his teaching was well detailed!
Coach Babajide did a fantastic job , he made understanding BA easy.
Was enlightening. Babajide is a wonderful teacher. Was opened to a whole new area and I can say that it was a valuable investment.
The teaching experience was insightful and introduced me to the world of BA / Scrum. The facilitator delivered exceptionally week in week .
My experience was great but I think some of the topics were not thoroughly touched. The 2 class a week was not sufficient.
It was a bit overwhelming at first, but I was able to understand and contribute immensely
It was a good experience for me as the BA course is a new field for me. Our facilitator is a good teacher who always pushes us to be the best we can be.
The experience was worth it, I learnt alot from the teacher and other stakeholders
Mr Oluyemi is the best. Very patient and makes sure to carry everyone along. He uses very relatable instances for explanations for easier understanding.
There is no right or wrong answer to any question.
Mr Oluyemi made me understand that without data you can not prove yourself
Interestingly, the training also prompted me to unlearn some preconceived notions I had about business analysis. Mr. Oluyemi's approach challenged me to think more critically, question assumptions, and adopt a more holistic, user-centric perspective when conducting an analysis
it was a great experience and our Facilitator was very helpful and Great ( Mr Babajide )
It was a good experience for me as the BA course is a new field for me. Our facilitator is a good teacher who always pushes us to be the best we can be.
Very good. I learnt a lot regarding Business Analysis as a whole, using various tools etc. The facilitator was engaging.
It was a very good experience. Though it could be better and we can expect more depth in our training content, but obviously, there was so much to do in so short time. Definitely I got what I need to be and live the life of a BA.
I learn a lot. I actually thought that this course is for someone who has a lot of experience with much magics and they realize weekly that it has nothing to do with math was really interesting.
Very fast paced. I learned about what goes on at the backend of every product.
The experience was eye opening, we got exposed to so much information. We also had the opportunity of building good relationships with our team members and understanding the place of compromise in team work.
Mr Babajide is insightful and a great teacher
It was okay, it was a little bit harder to to grasp new teaching, but doing the assignments made it easier. Also, going back to the videos after the assignment was a lot better.
At the end of the course I realised there is alot to learn and the timing to learn all we did was too short. The course was very challenging. The facilitator, Mr Jide did a great job teaching us taking baby steps, considering all we needed to do within the timeline. However, I believe there is more to learn and I am challenged to drill down on this.

Our facilitator was a very good and helpful teacher , he was always willing to go back and explain in details . I would need to go back to the LMS platform to learn how to use Jira efficiently
Overall the teaching experience was top notch! I learnt how to work with group and how to solve business problems
I learnt critical thinking, and how to position my mind to profer solutions.

The experience was good. My facilitator made it easy because he made sure to explain every detail of the course.
My learning experience was intriguing, I had several light bulb moments and I am genuinely grateful that Mr Oluyemi was my coach. His teaching methods accomodated everyone's learning ability and speed and he made sure to carry everyone along. As a newbie in Business Analysis, he helped me build confidence very early in the course and that made me able to grasp BA concepts better and faster.
I would say my teaching experience was OK, I was able to learn the basics of BA, and all that can set me running on the BA path. I had no experience before I joined, I was sceptical and a bit concerned if i was going to pull through, but at the end I'm grateful I did. I appreciate Mr Oluyemi for demystifying the course and helping us through patiently.
The teaching experience was very engaging. Our facilitator made it as interactive as possible. The feedback from the scrum review meetings were a learning process of its own where we learnt presentation skills and the importance of time management. It also helped make it easier to visualize and conceptualize what was taught in class
I learnt that BA is related to every of our daily activities and also how to engage with the stakeholders. The daily scrum meeting has also improved my skills as being part of a team.
I learnt the practical part of Business Analysis. The tutor, Mr Oluyemi, was really helpful in making sure I understood what was thought. I especially loved the way he used relatable scenarios to explain complex ideas.
Overall I am grateful I took the course because my confidence in myself as a Business went from 20% to 99%.
I learnt about about the role of a business Analysis, learnt how to use tools like, JIRA , CONFLUNCE, WIRE FREAME, How to write a User stories which i really enjoyed, how to do Mind Mapping.
Mr. Oluyemi is a fantastic teacher. I always enjoyed the class, and he always carries everybody along and doesn't mind explaining a particular thing all over and over again for us to all understand, which I really love about him. God bless him
The experience was insightful and engaging. I learnt that Requirement gathering is a continuous thing in an agile setting. No stakeholder should be seen as difficult. I learnt to use BA tools like Jira, Confluence, Mockflow, Miror, Canva etc.
Mr. Oluyemi is a great instructor who takes his time to explain things and attend to questions.
It was a great experience overall. I learnt to collaborate with others on a project, I relearnt the importance of time management. and unlearnt leaving things to the last minute. Mr Oluyemi is a teacher and a half. He went above and beyond to make fine BA's of us.
I learned so much about business analysis. How important it is to pay attention to stakeholders requirements to be able to create a solution that will be valuable to those concerned. The facilitator Mr Oluyemi was very good. He knows just how to use relatable stories to drive home his points
The teaching experience was great. I learnt that as a BA you are expected to prefer solutions and not impose solutions. Mr Oluyemi was a good teacher.
It was a really interesting experience.
Coach Oluyemi literally held our hands through out the course, ensuring each and everyone of us was on track at all times, always willing to reiterate a point/further explain just to make sure we were all on the same page.
I must say, I highly recommend heels and tech.
Excellent. Understanding what Business Analysts do. From problem identification, requirement gathering/elicitation, different analysis e.g SWOT, PESTLE, COMPETITORS RISK analysis, to help identify solutions to define, test, and implement solutions. Surveys and how to summarize results on persona. Also learnt the use of tools like Miro, Jira, Confluence, and wireframes.
The teaching experience during the business analysis training was truly enriching and insightful. The facilitator, Mr. Oluyemi demonstrated a deep expertise in the subject matter and an exceptional ability to engage us throughout the sessions.
In terms of what I learned, the training provided a comprehensive overview of the core business analysis methodologies and frameworks. I gained a stronger understanding of techniques such as requirements elicitation, and process mapping which will be invaluable in my future project work.
Moreover, the training allowed me to relearn certain concepts that I was already familiar with, but in a more structured and applied manner. For instance, the emphasis on stakeholder management and effective communication strategies helped me to refine my existing skills in these areas.
Overall, the business analysis training was a transformative experience that has significantly enhanced my professional skills and analytical capabilities. I am grateful for the opportunity to have participated in this program and am confident that the knowledge and insights gained will be invaluable in my future career endeavors."
The experience was amazing. Mr. Oluyemi’s style of teaching was very different. He carried everyone along and used relatable examples. Business Analysis was made very practical. I especially learnt how to use the Atlassian tool for business cases. I was used to Microsoft word document before the training
The teaching experience was awesome. Mr. Oluyemi made sure the concepts were well explained and understood and that most of the participants followed his teachings in class.
I have learnt a lot. It was a great learning experience. I’m glad I took the course. It has given me a good foundation in business analysis. The facilitator was also very good. I love how he carried all of us along in the class and was very down-to-earth.
The Business Analysis course was a whole new experience for me. It's actually my starting point towards transitioning into tech, prior to this time I knew next to nothing about tech.
It was a beautiful experience for me. I learnt how to use tools I hitherto never knew existed like Miro, Draw i.o, Jira, Confluence, justinmind etc.
The most interesting was the fact that there were templates for any given task, so it doesn't seem out of the blues.
My analytic reasoning improved so much that my colleagues noticed, as I began to see things and situations from a BA point of view 😂.
My special appreciation goes to Coach Babajide; he is indeed an experienced facilitator. He tutored us so well, to the least details with patience and empathy. His kind words of encouragement and motivation saw me through the program. God bless Coach Babajide for me.
Thank you so much Management and Staff of Heels And Tech for creating such a wonderful platform for a non-tech persona like me to upskill. Thank you Iyanu for your prompt response to my concerns. I appreciate you all.
The teaching experience was a really exciting one. I took a course on business analysis but the learning was not as concise and deep when compared to this. I also had to relearn the gap analysis process and process modeling.
A very good coach and Stakeholders. Learned alot from their comments and advice. Coach Babajide is patient and wants us to really understand the subject
Coach Babajide is a very patient coach, and he goes Indepth in his teaching and yes, I did a lot of unlearning and relearning.
The teaching experience was a really good one which I'm truly grateful for.
My experience with the facilitator/coach has been truly transformative. Their deep expertise and practical insights made complex concepts easy to understand and apply
The LMS proved a valuable platform to rewatch classes after the live classes. Learning how to use platforms and apps like slack, micro, drawing.io, jira and confluence was also a highlight.
The teaching experience was interesting, very practical and quite easy. I love the fact that our facilitator took his time to teach us everything from the scratch and did not hesitate to recap when we needed him to.
It was an interesting and enriching teaching experience with Coach Babajide. He was knowledgeable and deeply passionate about Business Analysis, making every session engaging and interactive. He emphasized practical, hands-on learning, which allowed us to apply theoretical concepts in real-world scenarios.
Through his teaching, I gained valuable insights into the methodologies and tools relevant to the BA field, which expanded my understanding. I relearned the importance of collaboration and effective communication, as these skills were essential in our daliy scrum meetings and projects. The course also reinforced the need for adaptability in a constantly evolving professional environment.
It was great, learnt time management, how to work and manage a team effectively, learnt a great deal of patience and learnt to carry others along even when it meant my being slowed down.
The teaching was great and I learnt a lot. Learnt the roles of a BA, how a BA is a change enabler and a solution provider. Learnt how to use some certain tools like MIRO for mind map and more, JIRA for tasks and more, CONFLUENCE for managing project documents and more, JUST IN MIND for Prototype,Draw.io for Process Flow map, Use case Diagram and more. Learnt how to create a problem statement, build business cases and many more. All I learnt are beginning to show in my day to day activities and of course My Coach, Mr. Babajide was very great, he poured out himself and taught us well.
I believe Coach Babajide is a very patient coach. He really took his time to explain the use of the various tools we need as BAs. I am glad I got this opportunity to learn to use all these tools and understand better the role of a business analyst. I thought I had a good team spirit attitude but doing this course remotely taught me a whole lot. Got to experience how remote work really works.
The teaching experience during the 3-month business analysis course was excellent. The course was well-structured, practical, and engaging. One of the highlights was coach Uriemi, who was not only knowledgeable and experienced but also incredibly supportive and encouraging. Her ability to break down complex concepts into simple, real-world examples made learning both enjoyable and effective.
What I learned:
I gained a solid understanding of core business analysis concepts, including requirement gathering, stakeholder management, process modeling, and the use of tools like SWOT analysis and various documentation techniques. I also learned how to approach problems from both a strategic and analytical perspective, which is crucial in any business environment.
What I relearned:
The course reinforced the importance of communication and active listening, especially when dealing with stakeholders. These are foundational soft skills that I had learned before, but the course helped me see their value in a new light, particularly in the context of business analysis.
