About the Role:
Synergy Healthcare, a subsidiary of Pan African Capital, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Investment Analyst with a strong interest in the healthcare sector. This role requires a solid background in investment or portfolio analysis and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-evolving space that intersects finance and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth financial and industry research on healthcare companies and investment opportunities

Analyze market trends, risks, and opportunities in the healthcare sector

Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and valuations

Prepare investment memoranda, reports, and pitch decks for stakeholders

Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular updates to the investment team

Assist with due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or funding rounds
Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in investment analysis, financial services, or related roles

Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment principles

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

MBA or CFA designation is an added advantage

Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
