About the Role:
Moove is hiring a Data Analyst – Reconciliation & Payments to support the accuracy, transparency, and efficiency of our financial operations. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in reconciling payment records, identifying discrepancies, and delivering insights through data-driven reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of financial transactions

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, mismatches, and anomalies

Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support finance and operations teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues

Ensure payment accuracy across multiple channels and partners

Support audits and reporting processes with clean, reliable data
Requirements:

Proven experience in data analysis, reconciliation, or financial reporting

Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset
