Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to support product teams in gathering and analyzing data, capturing business requirements, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and software development teams.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements.

Define functional and non-functional requirements in line with project goals.

Collaborate with software developers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure clarity and completeness.

Use data analytics and market research to provide actionable business insights.

Assist in the design of business processes, system flows, and wireframes.

Support UAT and system testing by aligning user requirements with technical output.

Identify process improvement opportunities within financial and payment systems.
Requirements
-
2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in finance, fintech, or payments.

Solid understanding of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and stakeholder engagement.

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.

Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
