One of the courses that sparked the interest and curiosity of many in the international community is the Salesforce Course even though the course is misconstrued.
Due to the name SALES, many think it will make them Sales Manager or personnel for this reason it’s usually not considered.
Over time, this has changed and the course is becoming widely accepted especially as it is now part of the job requirement for high-paying roles.
Let’s quickly give a brief introduction to what Salesforce is about.
Salesforce CRM is the largest Cloud-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management ) application in the world.
A CRM is used to store customer data(personal details, shopping experience, digital footprint, basically every information a client shares with you once they have an interaction with a brand).
For SMEs, it’s quite easier as they do not collect overwhelming information from their customers, but Large organizations find it difficult to keep up. This is why they invest heavily in CRM applications ( Think Amazon, Alibaba, etc)
Now, there are several types of CRMs a company can purchase, which range from Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Hubspot, Sugar, Oracle, ServiceNow, and a lot more…but Salesforce has been the leader in the segment(Just like there are leaders in the Automobile sector)
Every organization wants to hire someone who knows how to use the application so they don’t waste funds on training.
